Discovering Lithuanian designers..

Since I've started working for a product and interior designer Lee Broom, I’ve become very passionate about product and furniture design. Working at his studio I have a great opportunity to learn and understand the design process of British product and furniture design. His design pieces are made only in Britain using original techniques, some dating back to 17th century. This great experience made me wondering about my Lithuanian background and my fellow designers and their designs, and this is what I’ve found. Honestly, I have to say, I love every single design piece. I am very proud of Lithuanian design, which is simple, clean, natural, authentic, bold, functional, modern and beautiful..

Table T-RUSTED - Trust the rust! The rusted identity with exclusive personal touch performs in table range T-RUSTED... experience the new rusted style of living…inside, outside, anywhere...

Cabinet system MW - The product distinguishes with combined innovative and traditional materials: the frame is made of powder coated, laser-cut metal combined with the natural old solid wood - a touch of purest nature. None the less interesting is the shape - a stylistic mix of decades. An eclectic is brought to a delicate purity. MW is an allusion to antiquity and at the same time it is obviously an object of contemporary design. It comes with a real story of one hundred years original solid wood which at those times was a part of a wooden Lithuanian house.

Bar stool and table range PIXEL - Compared with traditional solid oak furniture this environmentally-friendly product combines crisp lines with a very light appearance. The unique warmth and texture of the wood is highlighted in the new range. Square pieces of oak combine to create unique patterns of the flat surfaces of the chairs and tables. Each table requires more than 2000 small pieces of oak and each stool requires more than 250 small pieces of oak. The raw energy and natural state of the growing trees is released when the individual wooden elements are bonded in the vertical. As a result touching the smooth surface of the products provides an unforgettable experience.

Coffee table VERTEX - Take some simple geometric sketches... transform them into polygon models... simple and pure... A low and a polygonal shaped coffee table VERTEX is designed for those interior spaces dedicated to relaxation. The table is perfect for spacious sitting or living-rooms and can be placed together with generously-proportioned, modern soft furniture. Created simply by folding the flat pre-prepared materials, rigid polygonal shapes are quickly and elegantly shaped creating an end product with an extra-ordinary appearance.

ROMANCE - Contemporary design with an allusion to romanticism – this is the result of the perfect union of perforated and painted steel. The stark durability of steel with the outer layer of fragile perforation releases the light from within and acts as a playground for illumination and shadows. The range consists of coffee tables, side tables, lights and storage spaces.
